Welcome to Mandy’s Cookies on Keowee! We are a home-based cottage bakery that has recently evolved from a mother/daughter duo to a team of several skilled cookie artists. We provide custom decorated cookies and other confections in the Seneca/Clemson, SC area. We love what we do, and we love that we help make your special occasions even sweeter.
